Vibration Test Adapter (VTA) is designed to support complete and fully loaded S/C during vibration test campaigns including quasi-static, sine vibration, and random vibration. VTA is designed for Marman Clamp Band connection and Space Craft Adapter.
VTA has the following features:
• Frequency response: 1st frequency > 110 Hz
• The VTA versus Head Expander/Slip Table flatness is 0.1mm/1m
• Interfaces to vibration test facility
In addition, it can be equipped with hoisting points for its unloaded handling in horizontal configuration by an overhead crane.
