Quality

The management of NHOE S.r.l. undertakes to supervise the quality management system through:

  • the definition and periodic review of the context analysis and the requirements of the interested parties;
  • the definition of a Quality Policy consistent with the analysis of the previous point and with the company business and such as to allow the definition of macro-objectives;
  • the definition of process objectives enabling the achievement of corporate objectives;
  • the verification of the achievement of the prefixed objectives as well as of the actions to correct the causes of any failure to achieve them;
  • favouring risk-based thinking in every assessment at all levels of the organisation;
  • assumption of responsibility by the CEO and division and programme managers for the effective application of the QMS;
  • integrating the QMS into the various active business processes and giving PMs responsibility for implementation;
  • assessing the resources available to the QMS and programmes and, if there are no adequate resources, verifying the possibility of integrating them;
  • promoting customer focus, product conformity and improvement.
