Composite Vibration Test Fixture (CVTA) was used for AIT activities in the frame of Galileo G2 Satellites Batch 1 program. CVTA was designed to support complete and fully loaded S/C during the vibration test campaign.
VTA has the following features:
• Frequency response: 1st frequency > 150 Hz
• The CVTA versus Head Expander/Slip Table flatness is 0.1mm/1m
• Interfaces to vibration test facility
• Hoisting points to proof-tested
• Hoisting points for its unloaded handling in horizontal position by an overhead crane.
