The “core business” of NHOE S.r.l. is constituted by design, manufacturing, systems and plant engineering activities in advanced technology sectors with particular reference to the aeronautical, space, industrial, transport, nuclear, territorial information and energy sectors, with quality levels such as to fully satisfy all interested parties. To achieve this objective, NHOE S.r.l. considers the application of ISO 9001:2015 as a guide and an integral part of its strategies. With this in mind, NHOE S.r.l. designs, implements and manages its own production and support processes, in order to guarantee that the final product complies with the requirements of the Client and the mandatory regulations. Moreover, basing its actions on ‘risk based thinking’, NHOE S.r.l. aims not only to reduce project and production risks but also to proactively implement activities aimed at early management of potentially adverse events, with benefits for the timing and quality of its products, as well as to identify where possible new opportunities to be seized.
In any case, NHOE is careful to develop its activities in full compliance with the guidelines of its corporate codes (Code of Ethics, Health and Safety Policy, Human Rights Policy, Environmental Protection Policy), which must be a tool for promoting correct relations between the company and employees/partners/suppliers/customers/partners
Following the analysis of its context and on the basis of the above principles, NHOE S.r.l. operates by
- selecting the Clients’ Requests where there is a request for a high added value, realising, for the aforesaid requests translated into an order by the client, a supply in which the client’s satisfaction will be central for the correspondence to the expectations (even those not described in the specifications) of what NHOE will realise.
- continuing R&D in particular :
- on European programmes where the result requires only the excellence of NHOE’s own engineering activities and which consequently increases the technological level supplied and deliverable by NHOE
- on programmes with research organisations where there is a tendency to define a ‘product’ starting from research products to be brought to high levels of technological maturity.
- pursuing the development of NHOE on the basis of diversified skills and resources (number of people and structures) to be made available to customers for new opportunities
- creating synergies, with important technological and entrepreneurial objectives at the centre, with client and supplier companies in order to generate new opportunities
- pursuing customer consolidation with a careful policy of maintaining contacts not only through top management but also with Project Managers
- developing innovation to achieve design and testing processes based on new software and technical technologies so that the same results are achieved with less use of resources
- seeking synergy in the development of products in the areas of “Cyber Security”, “Health and Safety” and “Product Assurance”
