Quality Policy

The core business of NHOE S.r.l. consists of design, manufacturing, system integration, and installation activities in advanced technology sectors, with particular reference to the aeronautical, aerospace, industrial, transportation, nuclear, territorial information, and energy sectors, with quality levels that fully satisfy all interested parties.

To achieve this objective, NHOE S.r.l. considers the application of the ISO 9001:2015 standard as a guide and an integral part of its strategies. From this perspective, NHOE S.r.l. designs, implements, and manages its production and support processes in order to ensure that the final product complies with customer requirements and applicable regulations. Furthermore, basing its actions on “risk-based thinking,” NHOE S.r.l. aims not only to reduce project and production risks but also to proactively implement activities aimed at early management of potentially adverse events, with benefits for the timing and quality of its products, as well as identify, where possible, new opportunities to seize.

NHOE is attentive to the development of its activities in full compliance with the guidelines of its corporate codes (Code of Ethics, Health and Safety Policy, Human Rights Policy, Environmental Protection Policy), which must constitute an instrument for promoting correct relations between the company and employees/shareholders/suppliers/customers/partners.

Following an analysis of its context and based on the principles outlined above, NHOE S.r.l. operates by:

  • Responding to Customer Requests: fulfilling these requests, translated into orders by the customer, with a supply focused on customer satisfaction for meeting expectations (including those not described in the specifications) of what NHOE will produce.
  • Aiming to remain stable: in the face of a complex and dynamic international scenario, and where possible, increasing the diversification of its customers and products (in the general sense of services/products/sectors).
  • Continuing R&D, in particular:
    • on European programs where the result requires only the excellence of NHOE’s engineering activities, which consequently increases the technological level provided and provideable by NHOE.
    • on programs with research institutions where the aim is to define a “product” starting from research products to bring them to high levels of technological maturity.
  • Pursuing NHOE’s development: based on diversified skills and resources (number of people and structures) to be made available to customers for new opportunities.
  • Pursuing customer consolidation: with a policy focused on maintaining contact not only through top management but also with Project Managers.
  • Developing innovation: aimed at achieving design and verification processes based on new software technologies and techniques so that the same results are achieved with less use of resources.
  • Developing staff skills: so that it is possible to entrust them with greater responsibilities both technically and managerially.
